I showed Ellie the loose diamond last night. She couldn't say anything negative about it at all. She stated, "It's absolutely gorgeous, it’s perfect, it takes my breath away"! I assume with that said you will not be having it returned.
Please extend my appreciation to the entire staff. You were professional, courteous, understanding, knowledgeable, and sincere. You have made a customer for life! There are some folks who say they care about there customers, then there is you. You have the ability to talk and be sincere which conveys one very important trait, honesty.
